Project:
The POP Studio was engaged to work with Ella Moss stakeholders to reimagine their go-forward branding and art direction through the creation and implementation of a company brand book. This project Included redesigning the companies branding, packaging and website, and developing a new brand voice through conceptual story telling. Working directly with the brands Creative Director, Pamella Protzel Scott, the original “Butterfly Girls” narrative was developed to drive the brand imagery and distinct design direction. Through the course of our engagement, we developed creative collateral to drive the look, feel, sound and external communication of the “Butterfly Girls” theme including original artwork and producing the Spring 2011 campaign photographed beautifully by Lauren Ross.

Press:
"Jonathan Saven, pres. of Ella Moss & Splendid, said he turned to POP Studios after the line between the two brands began to blur. 'We needed to take them into new directions, and we felt it was important to have outside eyes and new perspective,' he said. He tasked POP to revisit the logo and demographic for each brand and map out a unique design direction. Going forward, the concepts POP Studio crated will act as "guard rails" to keep the brands on track as they grow." California Apparel News, Feb. 4th 2011
